The xOPS Platform

Your operations platform, with a team that never stops building it.

Instead of bending your business around off-the-shelf software, we build software around your business — and keep building for as long as you’re a customer. Think of it as a continuously improving system, not a software purchase.

One platform, built in two layers

Most companies run on a patchwork: a vertical SaaS product here, a spreadsheet there, and people doing the glue work in between — re-keying data, chasing follow-ups, reading documents, reconciling systems. xOPS replaces the patchwork with a single platform.

The Core

The platform itself — everything every business needs, ready on day one.

  • Identity & role-based access
  • The Brain — the AI engine
  • Chat & email
  • Automation: scheduled jobs, webhooks, alert pipelines
  • Reporting & dashboards
  • Document intelligence
  • Client portal
  • Integrations to the tools you already run

The Apps

On top of Core sit apps — each a discrete business capability built for your vertical and tuned to your company: ticketing, billing, quoting, claims processing, payer contracts, shift census, part intelligence, quality workflows.

An app is the billable unit: its own screens, data, AI tools, and reports — legible on an invoice, mapped to value, turned on or off as your needs change.

The Brain

The connective tissue. It drafts, triages, summarizes, chases, and in some cases resolves work autonomously — always with guardrails, an audit trail, and a human approving anything consequential.

What makes xOPS different

AI as a unit of labor, not a chatbot

The Brain works end to end — it classifies, diagnoses, plans, drafts, chases, and in some cases resolves work on its own. AI drafts, humans approve, everything is audited. That doctrine is what makes it deployable in regulated, money-touching workflows.

Single-tenant by design

Every client gets their own instance and their own repo. No co-tenancy, no noisy neighbors, no roadmap committee. You can even host in your own cloud — your deployment, your database, your data.

Verticalized apps on a shared platform

Not generic workflow software — a claims engine that speaks 837/835 EDI, a census app that knows what a charge nurse is, a supply spine that mirrors Oracle EBS. The platform makes each vertical fast to build; the depth makes it defensible.

Development never stops

Bug reports, feature requests, polish — they go into the queue and ship continuously, forever, with no change orders. The software is alive. Maintenance isn’t an add-on; maintenance is the product.

A different model

The platform is free. You pay per app — and the price includes the development, forever.

We build the apps, then we keep building: every bug fix, every feature request, every piece of polish is part of the fee. Flat per app, unlimited users. There is no implementation project, no change orders, no hourly bills, no version upgrades to buy. Development never stops, because that’s what you’re paying for.

Versus SaaS

SaaS charges per seat, serves the average customer, and sends your feature request to a roadmap committee you’ll never meet. xOPS is flat per app with unlimited users — your 50th user costs nothing — and the roadmap serves exactly one customer: you.

Versus custom development

Custom software is a six-or-seven-figure project that’s obsolete the day it ships, then billed for every fix. With xOPS the platform already exists, so you only ever pay for the last mile that’s uniquely yours — and maintenance is included, not an add-on.

Versus hiring

One fully-loaded developer can’t cover backend, frontend, AI, integrations, and infrastructure — nor do they arrive with a working platform. xOPS is a full AI-accelerated team standing on software that’s already built, for less than a single hire.

Incentives aligned. Traditional vendors get paid whether or not the product improves — the license renews either way. Consultants get paid more when things take longer. We’re month-to-month per app: the only way we keep your business is to keep shipping things you value.

The questions we get

Who owns the data? What if we leave?

Your instance is single-tenant, with your own database and fully exportable data. By default we deploy into your own environment — your cloud, your data — and can host it for you as a fallback if you’d rather we run it. Leaving is an offboarding, not a hostage negotiation.

What if you disappear?

Each client is a self-contained repo on a mainstream stack — TypeScript, Postgres, Azure — escrow-able and maintainable by any competent team. Compare that to your data inside a multi-tenant SaaS you can’t take with you.

How do we budget this?

It’s flat, predictable OpEx that scales with capabilities, not headcount or usage. No renewal-time price shocks, no per-seat true-ups, no capitalized project write-offs.

AI drafts. Humans approve. Everything is audited.

The same doctrine runs through every vertical — it’s what lets the Brain work inside regulated, money-touching systems: quality workflows under IATF 16949, posted money in a general ledger, PHI in a behavioral-health hospital. The AI accelerates the work; a human owns anything consequential; the trail is always there.

The last implementation you’ll ever do. Let’s talk about what xOPS could run for you.
